Video – France: Clashes spark violent arrests in Paris as protesters decry labour reforms

Clashes between protesters and police escalated in Paris on Thursday, as demonstrators continue to march against the proposed labour reforms put forward by the government.

Protesters lit flares and hurled objects at riot police who retaliated by charging at the demonstrators and deploying tear gas. According to the city’s police department, dozens of arrests were made on the side-line of the rally.
