Syria. Al-Jaafari: Saudi hands behind Syria terrorism obvious

Al-Ja’afari told al-Mayadeen TV on Saturday that the Saudis dispatch terrorists to Syria under the pretext of jihad, including “the sex jihad.”
“Those issues became confirmed starting from the statement of the Saudi foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal who admitted twice in Cairo that Saudi Arabia is arming the opposition… it is a clear confession,” al-Ja’afari said.
He stressed that Saudi Arabia is instigating people to terrorism and perpetrating massacres in Syria, adding that the so-called “the Islamic Front” is also a terrorist organization.
Syria has repeatedly warned of supporting or instigating for terrorism practiced by Al Saud regime in violation of the international resolutions, and since the beginning of the crisis, it has sent a number of letters to the UN and Security Council affirming that the Saudi regime is involved in the crimes perpetrated by the armed terrorist groups in Syria.
On December 9, Syria urged the United Nations to stop Saudi Arabia from “supporting al-Qaeda-linked militants” and fanning the flames of “terrorism” in the country.
One of the commanders of Free Syrian Army (FSA) has said that the group regularly meets with intelligence representatives of Western and Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and the US.
Saddam al-Jamal, head of the Eastern Front in FSA, said in a video posted on one of Syrian opposition websites, the FSA commanders occasionally meet with representatives of the intelligence agencies of the mentioned Arab countries with the presence of Saudi Deputy Defense Minister Salman bin Sultan.
Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011. More than 120,000 people have been killed and millions displaced due to the turmoil that has gripped Syria for nearly three years.
