IRGC: 7 Zionists Perished in Retaliation for Military Advisors’ Martyrdom
Fars News – Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami strongly condemned the assassination of two Iranian military advisors in an Israeli raid on Syria earlier this month, and said that Tel Aviv martyred two Iranians in Damascus, but has lost seven in multiple attacks instead.
Maj. Gen. Salami stated that the Zionist regime is in a dire situation as it’s surrounded from all sides by the axis of resistance. “Today, the Zionist regime is hit by missiles from Syria, Lebanon and the Gaza Strip and, at the same time, the flames of wrath are raging from the West Bank,” he stressed.
The senior commander added that Israel has built walls around itself and monitors them with the most powerful sensors and not even an animal can cross the borders, but “invisible hands” armed the West Bank and modern automatic guns have ended up in the hands of the Palestinians.
He said over the past week, Palestinians carried out 165 operations that half of them were shootings, adding that Israel martyred two Iranians in Syria, but it lost seven Zionists in attacks by invisible forces. The top commander noted that the Zionist regime is now isolated more than ever before.

The IRGC military advisers Milad Heidari and Meqdad Mehqani were recently martyred in an aerial assaults conducted by Israel on the suburbs of Damascus.
The Iranian officials have stressed that Tehran reserves the right to respond to state terrorism of the Israeli regime in due time and place following the martyrdom of the Iranian military advisers.
Since 2011, Syria has been gripped by foreign-backed militancy, as a result of which Daesh (ISIS) and other terror groups emerged in the country.
Iran maintains an advisory mission in the war-ravaged country at the request of Damascus, helping it in the face of foreign-backed terrorism. Several members of the IRGC have so far martyred in battle against terrorists in Syria.
Israel has been a key supporter of the terrorist groups during the war and has frequently targets military positions inside Syria, especially those of the Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah which has played a key role in helping the Syrian Army in its fight against foreign-backed terrorists.
Iranian officials have repeatedly denounced the Unite Nations Security Council for its silence in the face of the continued Israeli acts of aggression against Syria. They slammed Israeli attacks against civilian population and basic infrastructure in Syria as a flagrant violation of international law and humanitarian rights, and argued that the Security Council’s inaction has emboldened the Tel Aviv regime to broaden the scope of its aggression.
