Local EditorThe Arab League has urged the international community to put an end to Israeli air strikes on the besieged Gaza Strip and to protect Palestinian civilians, ahead of a foreign ministers’ meeting later Monday.
The call, in a report to be submitted to the ministerial meeting, comes as Israeli airstrikes continue to target the besieged Gaza Strip for the seventh consecutive day Monday, and the Palestinian death toll rose to more than 170, with more than 1,400 wounded.
