Mehr News – In a message to the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the Commander of IRGC Quds Force Major General Ghasem Soleimani congratulated him and the Muslim world the end of evil domination of ISIL terrorist group.
Following the historic victory of Islamic Resistance front over the Takfiri terrorism and full eradication of the ISIL realized by lowering the flag of this American-Zionist-sponsored group in al-Bukamal, General Soleimani issued an important message on Tuesday to the Leader of Islamic Revolution.
Following is the text of his message:
Six years ago, a devastating sedition, like the ones occurring in the time of Imam Ali (AS) and which deprived Muslims of the true understanding of the authentic Muhammadi Islam, took place this time more complicatedly, dipped in the poison of Zionism and Arrogance to overthrow the Islamic world.
This devastating and poisonous sedition was created by the enemies of Islam with the aim to widespread war in the Islamic world and fight among Muslims. The evil move under the name of “Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant” succeeded in the early months of its existence to seduce tens of thousands of Muslim youths from both countries, throwing Syria and Iraq into a very dangerous ‘crisis mode’, capturing hundreds of thousands of square kilometers of lands of these countries, along with thousands of villages, towns and provincial centers, destroying thousands of factories and major infrastructures, including roads, bridges, refineries, wells, oil lines, gas and power plants and other cases of this kind, and burning major cities full of historic treasures and national civilization.
Although the data for casualties is not statistically verified yet, the preliminary studies estimate them at $ 500 billion. In the incident, appalling crimes took place that cannot be depicted. Children were beheaded, men were skinned alive in front of their families, innocent girls and women were taken hostage and raped, and many people were burned alive and hundreds of young people were beheaded.
Astonished at this poisonous storm, some of Muslim people of these countries went under Takfiris’ sharp swords, and some left their homes in millions and became homeless in other countries’ cities. In this black sedition, thousands of Muslim mosques and other sacred sites were destroyed, while some were detonated with their Imams and prayers inside.
More than 6,000 young people who were deceived into Jihad, blew themselves up inside their bomb-laden cars and destroyed mosques, schools, even hospitals and public Muslim worshipping places; martyring tens of thousands of innocent men and woman and children.
As it has been acknowledged by the highest-ranking US official including the current US president so far, all of these heinous crimes have been plotted and carried out by US leaders and organizations and they are still working on such things.
What followed the grace of God, particular attention of Prophet Muhammad (AS) and his great companions, to defeat this black and dangerous plot, was the wise leadership and guidance of Your Excellency and His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sistani who Mobilized all the facilities to deal with this poisonous storm.
Certainly the stability of Iraqi and Syrian governments and the endearing of the armies and youths of these two countries, especially the Popular Mobilization Forces and Muslim youth of other countries, with the prominent presence of Hezbollah led by Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, played important roles in defeating this dangerous incident.
Certainly, the valuable role of the nation and the government of the Islamic Republic, especially the president of the Islamic Republic, the parliament, the Ministry of Defense, and other military, security and defense agencies, in supporting the governments and nations of the abovementioned countries is commendable.
I, as a soldier required by Your Excellency in this field, declare the end of this decadent phenomenon, following the completion of the liberation campaign of al-Bukamal, the last ISIL castle, and lowering the flag of this American-Zionist-sponsored group and raising the flag of Syria in the city.
I congratulate this historic victory, on behalf of all anonymous commanders and fighters in the scene and thousands of Iranian, Iraqi, Syrian, Lebanese, Afghan, and Pakistani martyrs and shrine defenders who sacrificed their lives to defend their Muslim brothers and sisters, to Your Excellency, Iranian nation, the oppressed people of Iraq and Syria, and all other Muslims in the world, and prostrate before the Almighty God for this great victory.
