Mehr News – The Iranian defense minister categorically dismissed the US allegations accusing Iran of supporting Yemen missile attacks targeting an airport in Saudi Arabia’s capital.
Speaking to the reporters on Sunday, Brigadier General Amir Hatami said that the enemy takes every opportunity to make allegations against Islamic Republic. Responding to US accusations against Tehran, following Yemen missile attack on a Saudi airport on Saturday, he said that they are ready to blame Iran for any event in the region, which is not surprising.”
The Yemeni army has confirmed targeting the King Khalid international airport in the Saudi capital, Riyadh by a long-range ballistic missile. The Saudi regime also confirmed the missile attack.
