Kashmir’s Anjuman Shari Shian President and senior leader Aga Syed Hasan who is under house arrest since July 8 has condemned police action on unarmed people throughout Kashmir during which about 45 protestors have fallen to the bullets of trigger happy force personnel.
He said that the continuous curfew and restrictions on the movement has been taking heavy toll on the common people.
“Delhi and its forces have started a war against Kashmiris and within some hours more than two dozen innocents have fallen to their bullets. Today police and forces are not even sparing those injured and their families and hospital wards have been turned into torture centers for injured and their families,” Aga Syed Hasan said.
He condemned the harassment of people, vandalising of public properties by forces, and arrest of pro-freedom leaders saying the innocent civilians were deliberately targeted by the occupational forces. He appealed Red Cross to take care of the wounded civilians. Aga Hasan also condemned the use of lethal weapons on protesters.
